Since joining TZG in 2015, Ksenia has worked on several large scale urban development projects spanning mixed use projects, including 18-32 Darlinghurst Road, Precinct 75 St Peters, Newcastle East End and Marrickville Hospital; through to Masterplans and urban design studies for Transport for NSW and City of Sydney; and several commercial bids including urban design and architecture for the mixed use Wattle Street Precinct Ultimo. Ksenia has experience in civic, education and urban design projects, most notably the award winning Helensvale Library and Community, Cultural and Youth Centre for Gold Coast City Council, Bowen Place Crossing for National Capital Authority and the Wallace Wurth Redevelopment for the Faculty of Medicine at the University of New South Wales. Ksenia devotes part of her time to the Australian Institute of Architects. She was President of The Emerging Architects & Graduates Network (EmAGN) of the Institute in 2016/17, and is a member of the National Digital Transformation Steering Group and the Large Practice Forum. In 2020, she was awarded the prestigious Institute of Architects Dulux Study Tour.
