Oxford Street Bondi Junction

Name Oxford Street Bondi Junction
Client Stargate Property
Location Bondi Junction, NSW
Year 2020
Value $50M

Flanked by both Syd Einfeld Drive and Centennial Park, this proposal marks the western edge of Bondi Junction with clustered tower forms, interspersed with landscape. A new civic space lies at the heart of the development, lined with neighbourhood and entertainment uses, which will bring activity to the precinct and expand Sydney’s 24-hour economy. This is not an apartment complex, but rather a place with an urban soul that is enlivened by apartment living.
