Dr Tim Greer is a founding director of TZG with a particular interest in existing urban fabric and the cultural elements it embodies, treating each project as an individual opportunity to create fresh contemporary forms. Multi-award-winning projects under Greer’s directorship combine urban renewal and new cultural uses and include Carriageworks Contemporary Arts Centre; Paddington Reservoir Gardens; The Glasshouse: Arts Conference and Entertainment Centre; Sydney Opera House Renewal including the Yallamundi Rooms and the Bennelong Restaurant; the Kensington St Precinct including The Old Clare Hotel; the National Art School Master Plan and Reference Design along with the new Griffin Theatre. Tim is currently an Adjunct Professor of Architecture at Sydney University, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects and holds a Doctorate in Architecture and Design from RMIT in Melbourne.
