TZG’s planning proposal for Precinct 75 enabled its rezoning from industrial to mixed use, permitting the reconfiguration of the former 1.3 hectare Taubmans paint factory site into 185 new apartments and 16,000m² of commercial space built around a central courtyard with interconnecting laneways.
