The Botany Road Corridor is set to undergo a significant 15 year transformation, due to planned infrastructure projects including the Waterloo Metro, Redfern Station Upgrade and Waterloo Housing Estate redevelopment. TZG undertook a study that looked into the area’s sense of place and character, identified opportunities for future growth and developed a responsive and holistic masterplan scheme under four key areas: Indigenous Culture and Community, Public Realm, Built Form and Transport.
