The 120 Bourke Street project involves the conservation of the remaining original fabric of a car showroom and two 1880’s heritage listed terrace houses. The terrace houses become the historic feature of the new development, conserved for future generations. The development houses retail on the ground floor with lettable strata studios on the second and third floor.
