The Wickham Woolstores redevelopment is the adaptive reuse of three 20,000m2 timber and concrete framed warehouses built in the 1940s, and the development of associated industrial land, totalling 31,000m2, into a mixed use development with production and fresh produce, retail shops and restaurants, community arts works spaces, commercial offices and flexible commercial spaces, and a range of residential uses including adaptive reuse and new apartment buildings.
