Bellevue Hill Apartments
The building was constructed efficiently with straightforward detailing and develops the logic of simple precast concrete construction. It makes the most of the raw expressive combination of natural materials and a simple bold form, with high-quality internal finishes.
The apartments are arranged to maximise views to surrounding greenery and privacy from the commercial street below. Each apartment stretches the depth of the building to provide cross ventilation while the landscaped roof of the car park enhances the northern outlook towards the city.
