21-35 Oxford Street comprises multiple adjacent sites, each with a unique historical and heritage condition. Our proposal engages with the singularity of each site, celebrating diversity in the streetscape and supporting the rejuvenation of Oxford Street as a 24-hour district.

The entirety of 21 Oxford Street’s Federation-Free Classical sandstone exterior will be retained, along with the significant historic fabric of 23-29 and 31-33 Oxford Street. 35 Oxford Street will be a brand-new building, an exciting opportunity to extend the vibrancy and eclectic nature of the iconic street.

The project program includes high-quality office space, lively retail and a variety of basement event spaces. Our design strategy springs from the architectural continuum: an idea that reconciles the contemporary with the historic and projects an optimistic future for the urban precinct.
