Thomas is a designer with an interest in heritage, particularly conservation and the opportunities for careful reconstruction. His work is informed by a broader interest in how architectural interventions can extend the life, use and significance of existing places. Through academic exchange at the University of Nottingham, Thomas broadened his perspective on architecture, city-making and cultural context.
