Senad has been an integral member of the TZG team since he joined in 2004. He was responsible for the initial set up and development of financial and management reporting systems that have formed the basis for qualitative and timely management decisions. He also established and developed procedures for project costing and created solutions to reduce company expense and increase profit margin. Consistently analysing and monitoring TZG’s financial health to ensure, with the management, that the company maintains its long term financial stability, Senad is invaluable to TZG’s growth.
